Skills

  • Licensed clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC) practicing at the top of your license
  • Experienced in working with pediatric trauma (required)
  • EMDR-trained or open to training (preferred)
  • Comfortable using technology and providing therapy via telehealth
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and a team player
  • Warm, engaging, and committed to helping children and teens thrive

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to support clients in achieving their mental health goals
  • Collaborate with a diverse clinical team, including psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral case managers, and coaches
  • Implement and refine innovative therapy protocols and techniques
  • Engage in ongoing training on a proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Qualifications

  • Licensed clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience working with pediatric trauma
  • Open to EMDR training
  • Licensed in California (additional state licenses are a plus)

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Licensed mental health professional

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in trauma-informed care
